Financial Administrator at the Department of Physics

Job Responsibilities
As a financial administrator, you will be part of the department's finance group.
The main tasks include financial administration and processing travel expenses and reimbursements.
You will also participate in the work related to the departmental budget, forecasts, and year-end closing, as well as perform full cost calculations, financial follow-ups, analyses, and documentation. In your role, you will provide qualified support to research groups on financial matters.
Qualifications
This is an opportunity for you who have:
- A minimum of a high school education in finance or equivalent, preferably with several years of experience in financial work within a large organization, preferably a university or college.
- Very good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, primarily Excel.
- Experience in financial work within government operations is an advantage. Additionally, you have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
As a person, you have a service-oriented attitude, find it easy to collaborate with others, both within and outside the organization. You are structured, meticulous, independent, and responsible. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
Conditions
The position is a specific fixed-term employment with 100% scope from 2026-02-01 to 2026-06-30.
